Make Every
Build Consistent
Tascus is a workstation level production control system that helps teams follow the right sequence, complete the right checks and capture traceability as each job is built.
Control at Every Stage of Production
Standardised Workflows
Production processes can vary between operators, shifts and production lines. Training can take time and production knowledge often becomes concentrated in a small number of people.
Production Visibility
Production status, bottlenecks and support requirements are not always visible when decisions need to be made.
Embedded Quality Control
Inspections and confirmations are often completed outside the production process, making it harder to identify issues while products are still being built.
Production Traceability
Production records are often spread across paper forms, spreadsheets and separate systems, making investigations more difficult when issues occur.
What Happens at the Workstation
Tascus guides production at the workstation. Operators follow the required sequence, complete checks as work is carried out and capture production records as part of the build process.
Step by step instructions
The workstation shows the correct sequence for the job. Operators see what to do next with clear information for each step.
Checks completed during the build
Tascus asks for confirmations such as torque results, presence checks and test outcomes at the moment they need to happen. If something needs attention, the system pauses the job until it is resolved.
Traceability captured automatically
As each step is completed, Tascus records what happened. This creates reliable, time stamped evidence for every unit without paperwork or manual entry.
Direct connection to tools and equipment
Tascus collects results from test rigs, PLCs and devices as part of the workflow. Operators do not need to write anything down or repeat readings.
Live information for supervisors
Supervisors can see which jobs are running, where checks have passed, where support may be needed and whether anything is waiting.
How Tascus Supports Production
Ensure Every Operator Follows the Same Process
Digital work instructions guide operators through each stage of the build, helping ensure every product is built the same way.
Catch Quality Issues During Production
Built-in quality checks guide operators through the required inspections and confirmations as each job progresses.
Capture Production Records Automatically
Production records are captured automatically as work is completed, creating a complete history of every build.
See What’s Happening in Real Time
Live production information provides a live view of production activity, showing the status, progress and performance of every job as work is completed.
Connects to Your Production Equipment
Tascus communicates directly with production equipment throughout your manufacturing process, so results are captured automatically, production requirements are enforced, and every reading becomes part of the build record.

Supporting Critical Production Requirements
Some production environments demand additional verification, process controls and audit requirements because the consequences of failure extend beyond the factory.
Tascus supports these requirements through OEM Safe Control, accommodating customer-specific production and compliance requirements where additional assurance is needed.
How Tascus Is Delivered
Tascus is introduced one production line at a time to minimise disruption and help teams become comfortable with the process before wider rollout.
1. Review the Production Process
We work with your team to understand the current production process.
2. Configure the Workstation Workflow
Work instructions, quality checks and production records are configured around your process.
3. Integrate Equipment and Systems
Production equipment and systems are connected where required.
4. Train Operators and Supervisors
Operators and supervisors are trained and supported through rollout.
5. Expand at Your Own Pace
Additional production lines can be introduced once the process has been proven.
