The Tascus Process
We’ve designed our process for working with new clients to make the most of your time investment. We want to make sure that we are both focused on your short, medium and long term goals for your business so that we can design a solution that is a great fit for all involved.
We’ve outlined our 7 steps to business success with our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Tascus.
1. Discovery Call
You’ll have a 15-minute introduction call with one of our product specialists to understand what your goals and challenges currently are.
We’ll use the call to quickly understand if we can help you reach your goals even faster.
If not, we’ll try to make a referral to someone in our vast network of consultants and manufacturers who more than likely will be able to help you.
2. Product Tour
Once we’ve established you have some challenges that we can help with using Tascus, we’ll setup a 45 minute Product Tour, during which we’ll
- Recap on your 3 main priorities
- Show how our product can help drive improvements in these areas
- Discuss how well it could help you achieve your goals
By the end of the meeting, we’ll put you in a position to decide if this is a product that can help you meet your goals, and if it’s within budget.
3. Custom Demo
Once we’ve completed a product tour using our generic manufacturing images & processes, we can create a more customised demo for the wider team at your company.
This helps get a diverse group of people to understand the vision more clearly and the potential benefits.
We’ll get a NDA in place before we get access to any of your manufacturing documents, and keep all your data securely stored.
4. Proposal & ROI
Once we’ve fully understood the challenges you are facing, and the goals you want to achieve, we’ll be in a position to submit a proposal that outlines how our solution can help you to achieve those goals even faster.
This proposal will include software costs, timescales, and either hardware costs that we can supply, or recommendations for you to purchase.
5. Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
At this stage there are two options for moving forward:
Feasibility Study
This is used to prove out how Tascus will integrate with other business systems, usually with the ERP system. We’ll test that it’s possible to perform 2-way communication with your ERP system.
Production Pilot
You can install Tascus on a small area of the production line – 4 – 10 stations, and track KPI’s for productivity and quality. This will give you the evidence to justify the investment of a larger scale roll-out.
6. Onboarding
Our onboarding process takes around 6 weeks and will take you from identifying your production improvements goals, through designing and creating the system, and finally running your first builds in the manufacturing process, then reviewing the data you’ve captured.
7. Data Driven Process Improvement
Once Tascus has been installed and rolled out, you can start a continuous process of data-driven process improvements, to lead your business to success.
- Use manufacturing reports to drive improvement and growth
- Tascus software updates & training will help you to optimise the system to support business growth
