Tascus Pricing

Pricing is built around your production line with an annual workstation licence and a one time setup.

How Pricing Is Structured

Our team takes care of the setup, configuration and training.

Initial Setup
We complete the technical setup before your production line goes live. This includes server configuration, workstation setup, building initial sequences, integration with any equipment if required and training for operators and supervisors.

Annual Workstation Licence
Licensed annually for each active workstation. Includes support when you need it, ongoing updates, training, system customisation, reporting and full traceability.

What Affects Cost

Pricing varies based on how your production line needs to run. Three factors usually shape the cost:

Production Line Complexity

More complex lines require more configuration. This may include longer sequences, variant paths, rework logic or additional quality steps.

Level of Control Required

Different lines need different levels of control.

  • The Production Control Line applies when issues are recoverable and the goal is stronger execution discipline during production. People remain the primary control mechanism, and Tascus guides consistent flow and in‑process confirmation.

  • The OEM‑Safe Production Line applies when failure cannot be quietly recovered and audits create immediate pressure beyond the site. Control must be enforced, evidence must be complete and quality gates cannot be bypassed.

Integration Depth

If your line uses PLCs, test rigs or measurement equipment, these can be integrated so that evidence is collected in the flow of work.

Designed for Production
Line-Level Deployment

Tascus is built for focused production line control and traceability.

It is not positioned as:

  • An ERP replacement
  • An open-ended enterprise MES transformation programme
  • A multi-site rollout without defined scope

Each production line is deployed individually, with clear objectives and agreed boundaries.
